The New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung has a long and distinguished history of being the first German newspaper in Texas. The Herald, the community's English language paper, and the Zeitung, the German paper, merged in 1957. Collectively, they have served New Braunfels and Comal County since 1852.

As their part-time graphic designer, I create, design, and edit digital and print ads for a variety of local clients. I also aid in laying out and placing the ads in the daily paper, the weekly TV guide, and any special magazines and publications released by Herald-Zeitung.
